Augmented Reality — “Nearest Tube” iPhone App

It looks like 2009 is the year of the augmented reality application. After several for Android, here is one for the iPhone 3GS. It uses the iPhone’s GPS and compass to show you where the nearest London Underground station is. Nice.
UPDATE: There is now also a version for New York — New York Nearest Subway.
